Baby's Room is Painted!

I was able to finish up all the painting of the baby's room on Thursday, just in time to get ready to head to Michaels and teach my third to last lesson for April. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves...

Wednesday night E moved the furniture into the center of the room for me so I could get to the walls again.  While I was taking pictures of my progress two little black furry things snuck into the room and started investigating.  Here's Jett sniffing around.

They quickly found the space in between the dresser and crib.  Here's Jett watching Dragon climb under the dresser.

Luckily I was able to get them out of the room fairly easily by opening the windows in our bedroom. Since open windows and spring air is still a novelty this season, they are happy to come running as soon as a window is cracked open.

So now all that is left to do is cut out the border animals and attach them.  That'll be my project for the next couple days with the goal of being done Monday.  E is off Wednesday so I think we'll be moving the furniture into place and assembling a few things then.  Wednesday will also be the day that the living room should be back to normal, I hope!

Unfortunately it's been a bit difficult for me to get things done, especially moving gifts and such upstairs.  So it's been much more slow-going than I had hoped.  Luckily I can do all the border cutting while I'm sitting, and most of what I need to get done in the near future can all be done sitting.  I have the doctor on Monday and will be asking about a few aches and pains that I'm a bit concerned with.  More updates soon!
